Contract vetting means reveiwing the contract documents and highlighting the risks and liabilities that are encompassed within those documents. Melbury has in-depth knowledge of all the major standard forms of contract (including the JCT, NEC, ICE etc.) and can therefore understand the full effects of any proposed amendments to those standard forms. Contract vetting is a service that is regularly used by our clients, because they are aware that it is important to understand what risks and liabilities they face before they commit themselves to a contract.
